We'll work together on refining lifting technique, understanding training concepts like progressive overload, all while discovering what works best for you and keeping it fun!
Great for those who are new to weight training or compound lifts. Sessions will take place in a private gym in Pleasanton. Bring a friend for discounted 2:1 training rates!
If you're outside of the San Francisco Bay Area or prefer an option that is more flexible to your schedule, you can work with me online asynchronously and get:

<24 hour turnaround for messages and questions that come up throughout the week
Technique assessments via video analysis
General nutrition education and support (e.g. feedback on food journal/macro tracking, no meal plans)
Habit coaching as desired (e.g. cardio, stress management and recovery)
Physique progress and check-ins (if desired, depending on goals)
We will work on technique adjustments and goal setting together, and help you learn general training concepts, including managing recovery for optimal performance.
This option is great for those who have access to basic gym equipment (barbell and weights preferred, but dumbbells or other free weights will also work).
